Using VenturePoint
VenturePoint is a university venture network for founders, Student Builders, universities and approved partners. You agree to provide accurate account information, use the platform lawfully, respect other users and only submit content you have the right to share.
Venture information
Company stages, health scores, traction, funding, contributions and other platform data are informational records. VenturePoint does not guarantee business outcomes, employment, investment, funding, academic credit or compensation.
Student participation
VenturePoint facilitates introductions and collaboration. Founders and Student Builders are responsible for agreeing to responsibilities, compensation, equity, intellectual-property terms and any employment or contractor relationship outside the platform when applicable.
Platform conduct
Harassment, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, scraping, malicious activity and misuse of private venture data are prohibited. VenturePoint may restrict or suspend accounts that create security, legal or community risk.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes should be communicated through the platform or account email.
